i'll elongate this further some other time. this post is so NOT doing justice to what i did the past few days. basically, went out with ahdian and gerielle on thursday to look see and try clothes. then went out with my mum on friday and bought A NICE BLACK DRESS, couple of accessories (gonna dig out some others hiding somewhere in my drawer), as well as A SHINY BLACK POUCH! it was my mum's idea to stick with boring black, but hey! she's the one paying, not me.

went bowling on saturday with my yf group (chao funny! will seriously consider elaborating on this some day) and cut my hair on sunday. then there was the leaders' retreat on monday which was quite fruitful. too bad i can't go for yf camp this year. or carolling. or christmas service. oh wells.....

in spite of all that....i've finished reading 6 books in 5 days! ok, fine. it's more like 5 and 1/4 coz i don't like reading all that longwinded court case procedures in the john grisham book, so i read the 1st 1/8 and the last 1/8 of 'the rainmaker'. never liked lawyer books, but beggars can't be choosers and my sis borrowed it. SHE'S BORROWING TWILIGHT NEXT WEEK! YAYNESS! so....i've read 2 agatha christies, 2 p.d. james (my usual choice of crime and murder mysteries. lurve those things man!) and (shock shock horror horror) 1 CHICK-LIT! my mum took my p.d. james away so i had no choice but to read that chicklit. it's quite a change (more airy fairy lightness about weightloss and stuff), but i still despise that genre generally.....hahaha.

ohhhhh...long enough liao. still need to wake up early to go and certify true copy some stuff tomorrow, then maybe go to town, followed by some cooking and the bbq!!!!!!!!!! =) an exciting day awaits me =) at least one that's more exciting than today (did lotsa reading today. oh, and watching 2 eps of piliMIT. v cool.)
