Just had a 'wee look' through my old ramblings on this blog (and my other one) to find out which posts I was suppose to point a friend to....

The good news: I DID find it eventually and had told the friend the correct time period

The bad news: *shudders in regret after reading said posts* SO MUCH TEENAGE ANGST....*buries head in embarrassment*

On the bright side, there is definitely a difference in mindset between then and now....the rage that was within me and all the associated illogical thoughts are now better controlled. I guess that's what people term as growth?

While I would not like to relive those 'dark' days, I can now appreciate the importance of those experiences in shaping one's character and outlook on life. For that, I thank the GOD whom I trust for steering me through thus far....and everyone who has ever entered my life (regardless of the nature of my interaction with them). Life has not always been pleasant or smooth-sailing, but I would NEVER exchange it for someone else's.

Enough with the early morning sentimentality and on to a short update regarding life. I've finally FINISHED my course after 6 long years!!! Last Thursday was the last time I stepped into the hospital as a student...and this Friday would be the OFFICIAL last day of school. After that.....it's time to start working. At least I've got a couple of months to brush up my driving skills, go on a family holiday, graduate and go back to SG. But for now....time to tie up loose ends regarding the family holiday (ITALY AND SPAIN!!!!!), like booking tickets to see the Sistine chapel and the Sagrada Familia. =D

Truly exciting times ahead...^^
