And thus concludes the 'busy' part of my summer holidays, in which I went overseas for weeks and kept myself occupied. Seriously can't believe that I've only got around 2weeks in S'pore before I fly back to UK. Where did my summer hols go to???? I think the answer to that would take up another post. xP

Anyways, I really feel OLD now. Alright, maybe not old per se, but rather more mature. I can't think of any other explanation as to why I would bother watching the National Day Rally online and all the presidential election debates. Those programmes used to be fall under the "time to change the channel" category, just coz it meant having to watch a bunch of older folk talking for at least 1hour (if not longer). However, the debates & issues actually seem pretty interesting now! It's all relevant, on current issues and I get to use my brain to evaluate what they say (and stop my brain from turning into mush during summer). Man...I can't even believe this dramatic turn of events can happen to me, the drama-addict.

As for Sat's elections, may the best man win. I can't vote anyway but I secretly hope TCB wins. At least he & his wife look decent (suitable to go on walls around the country), sound polished (all the better to represent the country overseas) and he can play the ukelele! I know it sounds super super shallow, but judging by what the current & past presidents have been doing, it seems like all you have to do is wave at ndp, shake hands with other leaders and sit in the best seat during psc. Oh, and to take 4mil a yr. LOL.

That last bit was written tongue-in-cheek ok...totally in jest. Don't sue this nobody who can't vote anyway ok! teehee xD
