urgh....prelims are finally over. they seem to go on forever and ever and ever. yucks. hate mugging hard-core man, so stressful and time-consuming, plus it screws my circadian clock pretty badly. I CAN FINALLY USE THE COM AND SLEEP AT NORMAL TIMES AGAIN!!!! =) haha....the only problem is that i'm abit sick now, no thanks to sleeping at stupid timings. XP

anyways, prelims were like....blegh. you either know how to do it, or you have ABSOLUTELY NO IDEA how to do it. all non-muggable stuff man. i'm soooooo gonna fail man. dunno how to do econs macro case-study, dunno how to do vectors, sequences and series, among many math questions, dunno how to do bio paper 1, 2 and 3, plus dunno how to do some chem qns. URGH. getting back gp on friday summore, sucks man.

forget it man, what's done is done. no use crying over spilt milk (or uber hard exam qns for that matter...) NOW FOR NICER STUFF!

watched WALL-E today with the class girls, other than monkey and nandhu. SO CUTE AND SWEET LAH!!!! i would be soooooooo touched (like eve was) if some guy was sooooooooo nice and caring like wall-e (as in a HUMAN guy, not a bot). ahhhhhhhhhhh....wall-e was super funny too man! but jane must get off the chair/bed and start exercising, i'm so NOT going to turn into those lumps of fats called humans in 700+ years time. they look like a cross between teletubbies and inflated balloons, rolling around on their little pods that transport them here and there, watching stuff and communicating through their little screens. they can't even walk or get up if they accidentally roll off their little transporter thingies man. PATHETIC! i'm soooooooo not going to turn into that kind of useless people with no life and stuff...

but the thing that i really like about this show is how it raises such pertinent issues and puts them across in a kid-friendly, easily digestable manner. consumerism, pollution, couch potato lifestyle, advertisments dictating your life, how technology has COMPLETELY changed the way people communicate, the demise of face-to-face communication, etc. ABSOLUTELY RELEVANT in today's context! hahaha....this para sounds so gp-ish. argh...dun wanna get gp back!!!

and cheryl fell asleep AGAIN. oh wells, if she can fall asleep during batman, she can sleep through almost anything.

went to eat at crystal jade before that! nice dimsums and la mian!!!! =) i LOVE those sheng jian baos!!!! chao chao chao chao chao hao chi! monkey and 4 guys also came along....hahaha. partial class outing ba. jianan was being weird, ordering 34 dumpling-ish stuff lah. in the end, his table gave our table 2 dumplings since the rest of the guys rejected it. lol....how can people eat 34 dumplings man...

oh oh, i saw CYNTHIA!!! hahaha....in true mghandbeller spirit, the first few things she asked was ''when do we get to play handbells again? must tell me when we get to play ok?'' OF COURSE MY DEAR! hahaha....love mghandbells! <333!

oooooo....and we saw michelle chia and her bf today. yes, the tv actress. quite embarrassing man, coz we were all GAWKING. like staring really hard man. hahaha...jolyn is the most embarrassing one lah, go and bang into an angmoh by accident. hahahahah

YAY!!!! NO SCHOOL TOMORROW AND ON THURS!!!!!!!!!! finally, we end earlier than the physics people man!!! for once in dunno how many exams man!!!! =)

oh yes...mid-autumn festival a few days ago! mooncakes galore! just feel like posting 2 'related' songs. ok fine, maybe it's not uber related to mooncake festival lah. at least got stuff about the moon lor!

hahaha...nice emo song! ok, fine. other than the fact that there's the moon in the lyrics, it's not very 'mid-autumn festival'-ish. like yoga lin now man....his songs are quite cool and mostly quite nice =)

okok...i know, it's an old song. whatever lah, i like lor! for those not so well-versed in chinese, it's actually a poem written by this song dynasty poet called 苏轼 (though some would be more familiar with his other names like 苏东坡), but the poem's actually called 水调歌头 lah. yes, it's the same 苏东坡 that supposedly inspired 东坡肉, if you were wondering. the poem is in the higher chinese textbook i think...hahaha. nice song and nice poem lor!i think laoshi made us do a mo xie on this lah...hahah. anyways, i like the faye wong version the best =)

ahhhhh...long long post. maybe it's coz i haven't had the privilege (or time) to blog a long post for soooooooooo long, so must take the opportunity. hahahah. darn, must write the essay of self-praise soon....
