just found out the h3 test format. just die lah. section a is short structured questions, section b is some longer question with too much application for it's own good, section c is totally free response. saw the sample question and just FREAKED OUT. not just me, EVERYONE IN THE ENTIRE LT FREAKED OUT. don't even know what they are talking about. as in have vague ideas, but still don't know how to answer. GG LIAO.

seriously, the 'higher powers' shouldn't be so vague in giving guidelines and what is their problem man...they think we have so much time and resourcefulness to go and find all the correct info by ourselves. SIAO AH! we don't even have ready access to the main textbook thing and the internet may be wrong lor. U THINK WE SO FREE TOO??!?!?!!? WHAT'S THEIR ^$$@#&^&*^* PROBLEM??!?!?! THEY THINK WE ARE ROBOTS, WANT US TO HAVE ABSOLUTELY NO LIFE OTHER THAN MUGGING MUGGING MUGGING ALL DAY?!?!?! MUST BE ACCOMPLISHED IN CCA SOMEMORE. HAVE THEY EVER THOUGHT ABOUT WHAT'S GOING ON AT GROUND LEVEL?!?!? I BET IT HASN'T EVEN CROSSED THEIR MINDS! they say we're learning much less than last time, but we are going down to a pretty molecular level, which is quite hard. it's what people are learning in year 1 or 2 of uni, and we're forced to learn it now. and we need to be all-rounders and have good cca and cip records in order to get into very prestigious and popular courses in uni. mind you, that's on top of getting 4 As for a level and possibly an A for gp too.

and they still complain that we have zero creativity, are sullen rote-learners, can't think on our toes, demand to be spoonfed, blah blah. if we're so busy, how can we have time to do something that will STIMULATE OUR MINDS to make us more creative? if we aren't sullen rote-learners, how can we even SURVIVE in this system where exams are content based and we must mug like crazy to answer the question? and have i mentioned that what uni we entered is based on this same, one-time-only content based exam? THE REST OF OUR WHOLE LIVES ARE DEPENDENT ON THAT RETARDED CERT! if we don't mug and ace that, our whole lives are ruined...so don't blame us for turning into sullen, stone rote-learners. be reasonable, with all that mugging and long long school days, we are soooooooooo tired and brain-dead to even think logically. don't even talk about thinking on our toes. i admit that we rather been spoonfed even if it is supposedly not too good for us in the future. but HELLO, be reasonable here. DO YOU THINK WE HAVE ACCESS TO THE RESOURCES NEEDED TO MEET THE DEMANDING EXAM REQUIREMENTS? AND DO YOU THINK THAT WE WOULD BE ABLE TO SEIVE THROUGH THE PILES OF TRUE/UNTRUE/USEFUL/COMPLETELY USELESS STUFF? THE ANSWER IS PRETTY OBVIOUSLY NO! this country is not made of all no-life smarty brainiacs who can thrive in a 'teach less learn more' environment. the rest of us pathetic people will just have to make do with our inferior minds that can't cope with the rigours of this system and become half-stoned, almost no life muggers with no creativity and adaptability. too bad. then we'll sit around and complain about the system to each other.

welcome to the life of a student in singapore. hahaha. what can we do man? just accept lor. like our pains will ever reach the ears of the higher powers. even if it does, it doesn't mean that they would do something about it.

ok....i feel much better after ranting. most people wouldn't see it anyway, so just rant lor. like the higher powers have so much time to blog-surf, see who's been complaining about them, and take action on the student and (hopefully) what the person was ranting about.

ok...very late. better get some sleep. feel sick now with my sneezy/runny nose, sore throat and phlegm (shld be correct sp...) build-up in my throat. i bet i look stone.....
